Knowledge Community - At Your Convenience (free and unlimited)

State of the art website provides summaries of labor and employment laws, model workplace policies, FAQ’s, guidance, and helpful links. On-line Helpline provides immediate access to experts. Additionally each member receives the collective knowledge of the entire membership through on-line knowledge sharing. Members engage in informed discussion and get advice on vexing problems. In a member satisfaction survey, 3 of 4 EANJ members use the knowledge community to access information.

Guidance - Always Available (free with participation)

Remaining competitive means understanding the job market and setting salaries and wages carefully. EANJ frequently collects wage and salary data from its members. This data is organized and supplemented, resulting in a highly accurate source of wage and salary information. For specific jobs, EANJ staff professionals conduct special research and benchmark surveys.

Information - Timely and Relevant (free, modest charge for extra copies)

Each member receives a comprehensive Compliance Manual, with frequent updates throughout the year, that summarizes federal and state labor regulations. In a member satisfaction survey, 96% stated that the Compliance Manual was an important reference guide. This $600 value is free with membership. Each member also has access to featured articles on www.eanj.org summarizing recent employment law cases and trends.

Education and Training - To Meet Your Needs (fee for service)

To help employers adapt and meet the needs of a rapidly changing workplace, monthly seminars are conducted on critical human resource and employment law issues. HRCI Credits are available for most public seminars. Expert trainers and educators are available to meet specific management and training needs by offering customized, on-site programs.

Why reinvent the wheel? EANJ's library contains hundreds of model human resource policies that can be customized to meet your needs. Also, each member receives updated research reports on a wide range of information related to human resource policies, practices and benefits. Reports also summarize the labor agreements from member companies.

HR Employment Law Certificate Program (registration fees)

It is with this need in mind, that EANJ offers the highly acclaimed HR LAW CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, providing a compressive, hands-on understanding of the essential legal issues necessary to manage an increasingly sophisticated and diverse workforce.
