John brings over two decades of experience
to the position as a lawyer, educator and public administrator. He
received a BA in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an
MA in counseling
and JD from Seton Hall University. John advises member companies in
many areas of employment and labor law, including ADA, sexual harassment,
wrongful
discharge, drug and alcohol testing and employment discrimination.
Author of numerous articles and a book helping employers stay out of
court, John
has extensive experience as a trainer in various management issues.

REBECCA J. DENT
Becky has been with the Association for more
than 25 years, providing day-to-day guidance to employers on a wide range
of Human Resources procedures and policies, and regulatory and legislative
requirements including compliance with Federal Family Medical Leave Act,
NJ Family Leave Act, COBRA, State Plan Disability, Unemployment Compensation,
OSHA, federal and State Wage/Hour, among others. In addition to advising
companies on specific situations, she is also an experienced educator on

BARBARA A. CORDASCO
Barbara has been with EANJ for 20 years during
which she has written several hundred Affirmative Action Plans for government
contractors and financial institutions. She has been instrumental in successfully
guiding companies through well over 100 OFCCP Compliance Reviews. Additionally,
she conducts workshops and answers member questions regarding Affirmative
Action requirements and provides in-house training and consultation to companies
on writing, maintaining and updating an AAP. Barbara also does in-house diversity
training for EANJ members. She is a member of a New Jersey Chapter of the
Society of Human Resource Management and the American Association for Affirmative

AMY VAZQUEZ
Amy deals directly with members on a variety
of topics, including compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Federal
Family Medical Leave Act and the NJ Family Leave Act. For over 6 years, she
has provided day-to-day assistance, advice, research and support to the membership
on general human resource policies and practices. Additionally, Amy maintains
and updates the EANJ Website, keeping members up-to-date on emerging employment
issues through postings and electronic mail. Amy graduated with honors from

ROBIN M. ROSS
Robin has over 15 years of legal experience
in the labor and employment field and earned her B.A. from Clark University
and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Robin has extensive experience
in such areas as discrimination (age, race, gender), WARN, OSHA, NLRB obligations
and prohibitions, and FLSA. Robin conducts training programs and workshops
on such topics as Introduction to Employment Laws, Immigration Law, Diversity,
Leadership Training, and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace as well as
other programs. She also provides advice on drafting and implementation of
personnel manuals, drug testing and other policies for member companies.
