Briefing with NJ Division on Civil Rights - Special Focus on NJFLA

EANJ will be hosting a Special Briefing with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR) on Wednesday June 20, 2012, in our Livingston office.

The DCR is the agency responsible for investigating discrimination complaints and eliminating illegal discrimination in New Jersey.  Deputy Director Gary LoCassio will join us to discuss general employment discrimination with a focus on the NJ Family Leave Act:

Which employers are covered? Which employees are eligible?

There will be ample time for questions & answers from the participants. This is a unique opportunity to meet this agency and discuss your issues.  

Register early - seating is limited.  We will begin promptly at 10.
