Wage & Hour Briefing with Federal DOL

EANJ will be hosting a special Wage & Hour Briefing with the Federal Department of Labor on Tuesday July 27th in Livingston, NJ.

District Director Joseph Petrecca and Assistant District Director John Warner, of the Mountainside, NJ Federal Wage & Hour Division will provide a general overview of the agency's position on independent contractors and exempt/non exempt employees.  The Agency has indicated there will be ample time for Questions & Answers and looks forward to addressing questions from the participants.

This is a unique opportunity to meet with this agency and discuss your issues.  Register early - seating is limited to the first 20 registrants.
