EANJ Annual Membership Meeting
Location: The Dolce, Basking Ridge
Time: 9am-Noon
The Supreme Court of the United States is expected to issue its decision on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act in June, 2012, at or about the time most employers are deciding on the renewal of their health care plans. We can predict with confidence one of the following relevant outcomes:
- The Court will uphold the constitutionality of the Personal Mandate,
- The Court will invalidate the Personal Mandate but uphold the Act’s insurance reforms and consumer protections,
- The Court will invalidate the entirety of the Affordable Care Act, or
- The Court will decide it does not have jurisdiction over the case until 2014.
Each of the outcomes will have an important impact on health care purchasing decisions in 2012 and beyond.
EANJ’s 96th Annual Meeting will provide a comprehensive overview so that employers can plan, protect and purchase health care intelligently.
