EANJ's 98th Annual Membership Meeting

Women comprise half the workforce and are represented in every sector of business and industry. In New Jersey, working women contribute greatly to the economy but a wage gap between men and women stubbornly persists. Workplaces have adopted work-family policies to compete for talent, but career advancement for women remains elusive. As legislation continues to address workplace inequality in a piecemeal fashion, employers remain wary of what they perceive as micro-management.

Are win-win solutions between employers and employees, men and women possible? EANJ's Annual Meeting will bring together stakeholders from business, law, government and academia to explore and answer this vital question.
