John Sarno
John helps employers solve their most unique and complex employment issues with a sophisticated blend of over two decades of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer, business executive, trainer and advisor to management. He has counseled and advised hundreds of employers on best management practices and helps create management strategies to resolve conflicts, minimize risk and contain legal exposure. Author of numerous articles, which have been cited as legal authority by federal and state courts, and a book helping employer’s stay out of court, John has extensive experience in all areas of employment law and has successfully argued landmark cases before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. John holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Counseling and a Law degree. John’s dynamic presentation style has captured business meetings with insightful observations and cogent analysis.
