Advanced HR Discrimination Law Program (5-Part Program)

Over the past decade, over 825,000 charges of job discrimination have been filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the majority alleging discrimination based on race, but many for sex, age, disability, religious and national origin discrimination.  One in four employers is a target for such a charge.  Managing and ultimately preventing these types of charges requires a sophisticated knowledge base and awareness of current and emerging legal issues.  This five-part series on federal and state discrimination law is designed to provide a complete understanding of the law through case law analysis, law review and case studies.  An essential program for any organization looking to limit exposure and succeed in today's challenging and complex workplace.

Registration Information

Limited to 20 participants.  Course is designed so each session builds upon the knowledge learned in previous sessions, therefore, courses are not offered as stand-alone sessions.  Click link below to REGISTER.  A payment invoice will be forwarded.  Payment due upon receipt.

Registration Fees

$1,200 per participant (EANJ Members)
$990 per participant for two or more from same organization (EANJ Members Only)
$2,200 per participant (Non EANJ Members)

Location

Sessions are conveniently located at the EANJ Training Room, Livingston, NJ.

Times and Dates

All Sessions commence promptly at 9:00 am and will end approximately at 12:00 noon.  Light refreshments are available at 8:30 am.  See session descriptions below for each session date.

Cancellation Policy

In order for a full refund of registration fees, cancellation requests must be made 30 days prior to commencement of the first class.  Late cancellations will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.  In the event a participant must cancel after the program begins, the participant will be refunded on a pro rata basis for future cancelled sessions and charged a $250 cancellation fee.
