Jonathan has been serving the EANJ Membership for over 12 years in a wide variety of administrative functions. In addition to conducting many of EANJ's daily operational tasks such as database management, event coordination and support projects. Additionally, Jonathan conducts Rates of Pay surveys, provides model sample policies and performs custom research and benchmarking projects for members.
