Printer-friendly version

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has published final guidance on harassment in the workplace, “Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace.”  This guidance serves as a resource on legal standards and employer liability applicable to harassment claims under federal employment discrimination laws enforced by the EEOC.

The guidance document outlines how employers should provide adequate anti-harassment policies, trainings, and complaint procedures, as well as instruct supervisors on how to recognize and report instances of harassment.
