Friday’s federal court decision in South Carolina (April 13, 2012) striking down in its entirety as unlawful the NLRB's requirement that employers post employee rights notice poster has resulted in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals to stay it’s ruling upholding the poster requirement at least until September, 2012 when additional legal argument is held.
