Individual Coaching provides employees with personalized support to strengthen skills, enhance mindset, and improve overall performance. Each engagement is tailored to achieve personal growth while following a structured, goal‑oriented framework that ensures success for both the individual and the organization.
Coaching with Goals in Mind
While each coaching engagement is customized to the individual, EANJ applies a structured approach to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable results. The coaching process includes:
• Management Alignment – The coach meets with the employer to establish clear goals, expectations, and anticipated outcomes.
• Individual Assessment – Assess the employee’s strengths, development areas, and opportunities to better focus the coaching sessions.
• Goal & Objective Setting – Develop goals and actionable objectives in partnership with the employee.
• Confidential Coaching Sessions – Engage in a series of one‑on‑one, confidential sessions designed to support development and sustained progress.
• Progress Review – Provide reviews with both the employee and the employer to evaluate progress and maintain alignment.
• Wrap‑Up – A structured close that summarizes progress, outcome
