LIVINGSTON, N.J.
Employers Association of New Jersey is pleased to announce that Mary Pita has joined the organization as Director, Member HR Services. In this role, Pita will work directly with EANJ members to provide HR guidance, conduct training programs, and develop resources to help employers navigate workplace issues and strengthen their HR practices.
Pita’s work will span a range of HR and workplace issues, from day-to-day HR practices and employee relations to employment law compliance. She will contribute to EANJ’s educational programing, helping employers translate complex workplace requirements into clear, actionable practices.
Pita brings more than 20 years of HR experience spanning Fortune 50, nonprofit, and consulting environments. She is dually certified in HR, with a background spanning talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership development, and employment law compliance.
Pita has also served as an adjunct instructor in business and human resources at Saint Peter’s University, SUNY Cobleskill, Southern New Hampshire University, and Berkeley College, allowing her to blend the latest HR thinking with a classroom-tested approach to the training and development work she’ll conduct at EANJ.

Pita holds a B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University and an M.S. in Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
