The Leave Laws
Three live sessions will be held at The Eisenhower – 290 W Mt Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039. We will be in Conference Room P.
- FMLA: compliance steps, intermittent leave control, medical certification, reinstatement
- NJ Family Leave: coordination with federal law, maternity case management
- ADA/NJLAD: leave as an accommodation, duration limits
- NJ SAFE Act: protections for victims of domestic violence/sexual assault
- Military Leave: coverage, reinstatement rights
- Earned Sick Leave: accrual, usage, carryover/pay out, policy integration

The program will be a hybrid format, with three sessions being conducted live in-person and two sessions being conducted via Zoom. Note: Sessions are not recorded and participants are expected to attend the live sessions in person and the virtual sessions virtually.

As a permanent acknowledgement of your completion of the HR Administration Certificate Program, you will receive a digital badge issued through Credly.
