The NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development has proposed increases for the maximum weekly benefit claims filed in 2027:
- Workers Compensation: $1,241 (up from $1,199 in 2026)
- Temporary Disability Insurance: $1,158 (up from $1,119 in 2026)
- Family Leave Insurance: $1,158 (up from $1,119 in 2026)
- Unemployment: $937 (up from $905 in 2026)
