THIS SESSION HAS FILLED TO CAPACITY
It has been 20 years since the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act was signed into law, and there are still questions and confusion surrounding its day to day administration.
So, we are going back to the basics with this course which is designed as a beginners guide to FMLA. We will cover the background and purpose of the law, what the regulations require, and discuss where an employer has a few policy options.
This is an entry level course, designed for individuals new to HR or to the FMLA, as well as seasoned professionals who want a refresher on the fundamentals of this law. The presentation will include practical scenarios to give participants a “hands-on” understanding of FMLA administration.
