We are going back to the basics with this course which is designed as a beginners guide to FMLA. We will cover the background and purpose of the law, what the regulations require, and discuss where an employer has a few policy options.

This is an entry level course, designed for individuals new to HR or to the FMLA, as well as seasoned professionals who want a refresher on the fundamentals of this law.
