There are substantial new developments under the ADA and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 effecting the way employers manage their workforces. This annual EANJ update, presented by John Sarno, Esq,  will provide managers with a comprehensive update of case law and agency rules under the ADA and the Amendments Act.  Among other topics, this program will provide a critical analysis of new case law addressing workplace qualification standards and essential functions, reasonable accommodation and the interactive process, and the very sensitive area of disability-related inquiries and medical examinations. This program will also discuss the relationship of the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act of 2008 (GINA) to the ADA.

Substitutions are permitted, however in order to meet program commitments, cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the program date or "no-shows", must be charged the full registration fee.
