How to Survive a Compliance Review: overview of a compliance review; tips to be prepared

Maintaining applicant flow; hires, promotions and terminations data.
Speakers:

Representatives from OFCCP, Mountainside District Office will address how companies are selected for review, the desk audit and on-site review processes.
State Department of the Treasury, Division of Public Contracts will speak on general AA requirements for procurement and service vendors.
