This year marks the 45th anniversary of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the agency continues to be an evolving enforcement arm for federal contractors and sub-contractors. OFCCP enforces EO 11246, 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 and is dedicated to ensuring discrimination-free employment practices.
On Thursday, December 9th from 9AM – 12:30 pm, EANJ will present a workshop for existing and future federal contractors and sub-contractors, explaining the requirements of these regulations, which includes mandating Affirmative Action Programs.

Substitutions are permitted, however in order to meet program commitments, cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the program date or "no-shows", must be charged the full registration fee.
