OFCCP’S new rules for protected Veterans and people with disabilities (VEVRA AND SECTION 503) have now been published in the Federal Register and are effective March, 2014.

All Affirmative Action Plans will have to include identified outreach efforts and resources for Veteran and disabled individuals. OFCCP Audits will include an assessment of outreach efforts and goals and hiring benchmarks.

Join me for a summary overview of the changes and how these changes will have a major impact on your record-keeping; “OFCCP’S pre and post offer Self-Identification Invitation Forms” and the revised EEO Clause.

Who Should Attend:  HR Professionals, Recruiters, Compliance Officers and anyone involved in the applicant decision-making process or affirmative action compliance.

NOTE: This is not a basic workshop.
