Following up on September’s seminar on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, this session will cover prescription drugs, medical marijuana and substance abuse as it related to the ADA, including medical documentation, examinations, privacy and referrals to healthcare professionals.
