EANJ will be hosting a special Wage & Hour Briefing with the Federal Department of Labor on Wednesday July 18th in our office in Livingston.
District Director Joseph Petrecca and Assistant District Director John Warner, of the Mountainside, NJ Federal Wage & Hour Division will provide a general overview of the agency's position on independent contractors, volunteers, interns and exempt/non exempt employees.
