Printer-friendly version
Time:9am-12pm
Location:Parsippany Hilton

President Obama is speaking about Immigration Reform as a priority in his 2nd term.  The Senate is also proposing new legislation to address the possibility of creating a new status for the undocumented employed.  Not only is it on the President’s and the Senate’s agenda, but US Citizen & Immigration Services (USCIS) has indicated an intent to increase enforcement, in addition to their issuing of a new version of the Form I-9.  In light of increased government focus, employers need to stay abreast of their ever-changing obligations.

Join us for an enlightening discussion with David Nachman on:

  • H-1B Non-Immigrant Visas: what employers need to know in the new enforcement and audit landscape;
