The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) applies to all employers and as a new era of labor law reform sweeps the nation, employers are increasingly challenged to operate their businesses with minimum external interference and with the flexibility necessary to compete. Under the circumstances, success can be measured by proactive policies and practices achieved by understanding labor laws and maintaining positive employee relations. This 3-hour seminar offers the ideal overview for managers who are unfamiliar with the NLRA and will cover all the relevant cases and offer advice on the following:

  • Employee Rights and Unfair Labor Practices
  • Developing a Strategic Role for Supervisors
  • Implementing Legally Compliant Labor Relations Policies
