The chance of being audited by Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) as well as other state and federal agencies, has increased substantially over the last year.  Now more than ever it is crucial that employer’s perform a self audit of their Form I-9’s to ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements and to avoid costly penalties.
 
This is a special opportunity to hear directly from the agency that enforce and audit I-9’s compliance.

The program will cover Form I-9 Compliance, including, a detailed overview of I-9 audits and penalty process; how to properly fill out the I-9; IRCA; ICE Investigations and current worksite enforcement policy; ICE IMAGE program and CIS’ E-Verify Program and other practical tips for employers to avoid costly mistakes.
