EANJ will be hosting a special briefing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 from 2- 4 pm.
Corrado Gigante, Director of the Newark EEOC office, will discuss enforcement trends regarding the ADA and accommodations with an overview of current regulatory issues.
