9:00 – 9:45:  Barbara Cordasco will present an introduction to the Executive Order and contractor obligations with an overview of the required elements of an AAP.

10:00 – 12:00: The Applicant Process: This discussion will be led by OFCCP and is a unique opportunity to meet with the new District Director of the Mountainside NJ office, Pranita Raghaven.

OFCCP will lead the discussion on who are your applicants; who should be included in you applicant flow; adverse impact; focus on recruiting for veterans and disabled.

OFCCP has requested questions in advance of this workshop. Please submit them to barbara@eanj.org and they will be presented anonymously.
