9:00 – 10:15: Importance of developing OFCCP-compliant Job Groups.  Job Groups are the core of the AAP.  Barbara Cordasco will explain the OFCCP 3-prong criteria vs EEO categories for making sure you properly classify your employees.

10:30 – 12:00: Special discussion on who meets the definition of Executive, Administrative, Professional or Outside Sales under the Fair Labor Standards Act with Amy Vazquez.
