The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the NJ Wage and Hour law create a web of complex rules and regulations and confuse even experienced HR professionals.  Violations can be costly. This seminar will focus specifically on the overtime exemptions from the laws and the amendments to the NJ Wage and Hour law which went into effect in early September 2011.
