EANJ will be hosting a special Wage & Hour Briefing with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development on Thursday July 21, 2011 in Livingston, NJ.
Section Chief David Schraeger will join us to discuss the proposed changes to the NJ exemption regulations, the new rounding rules, determining if someone is an independent contractor or an employee, interns and other wage and hour issues relevant to employers in New Jersey.
There will be ample time for questions & answers from the participants. This is a unique opportunity to meet with this agency and discuss your issues. Register early - seating is limited.
