2009 has been a busy year for the FMLA. After 18 years the DOL provided extensive revisions to the regulations. Just last month they revised those revisions applying to employees with family members in the military. This webinar will address all these changes and their practical workplace implications to help employers properly administer this law.
This program will be an update of the FMLA changes over the past year to help companies insure they are in current compliance. Included will be the expansion of the “military” leaves enacted just last month, which include exigency leaves for family members of individuals in the regular Armed Forces and caregiving leaves to certain veterans. Topics addressed will be:

- Care for ill/injured service member
