Additionally, USCIS has recently released a redesigned participation poster for employers who are using the E-Verify system. The new poster informs current and prospective employees of their legal rights, responsibilities, and protections in the employment eligibility verification process. E-Verify employers must replace their participation poster with the newest version. More info here.
