In this session, we’ll explore how increasing transparency can strengthen trust, improve manager confidence, and create a more consistent employee experience. Participants will learn how to identify where their organization falls on the pay transparency spectrum, how to make intentional and incremental changes, and how to equip leaders to communicate about pay with clarity, empathy, and consistency. We’ll also share practical tools and talking points you can use to educate employees on your internal pay practices, reinforce fairness, and reduce confusion across the organization.
