Despite ongoing appeals of this new EEO-1 requirement, the EEOC has announced that employers must submit their employees’ pay data and hours worked (“Component 2”) for 2017 and 2018 by September 30, 2019. At present, the agency indicates that its filing Portal will open in “mid-July.”
