Revised regulations on the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act became effective January 16th.  New provisions for leave protection, notice requirements and designation obligations must now be followed.

Because it is imperative for employers to understand and properly administer these new rules, we are offering an audio version of the seminar we presented earlier this year on this topic.
