How to approach positive discipline

Time:10am-11am

Effective discipline can protect the organization, supervisors who enforce the rules, and the subordinates subject to the rules. Everyone suffers when issues concerning misconduct and discipline are not addressed properly.  This webinar will introduce participants to various methods to sustain consistent developmental coaching practices.  Often managers avoid addressing counterproductive behavior because of fear - fear of offending the employee and/or being confronted with defensiveness and anger.  This session will introduce participants to a way of thinking and an intention, that once adopted, will forever change how they address employees.  We’ll examine examples of common counterproductive behaviors to illustrate how addressing weakness can result in productive experiences for both the employee and manager.
