Often managers avoid addressing counterproductive behavior because of fear - fear of offending the employee and/or being confronted with defensiveness and anger. This session will introduce participants to a way of thinking and an intention, that once adopted, will forever change how they address employees. We’ll examine examples of common counterproductive behaviors to illustrate how addressing weakness can result in productive experiences for both the employee and manager.
