With an additional $23 million allocated for additional enforcement, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is now poised to launch the enforcement priorities announced in 2006. On the top list of its priorities, the EEOC will be scrutinizing hiring tests, credit checks, criminal background checks, and medical tests that are used as selection criteria for hiring.

This one-hour webinar will cover the 2006 EEOC Guidance on Selection Criteria and Disparate Impact Discrimination and provide a summary review of employer defenses to EEOC charges.
