NJ’s Mandated Benefits Refresher: TDB, FLI and Earned Sick

New Jersey’s Temporary Disability Benefits Law and Family Leave Insurance Law provide for a degree of financial security in the form of monetary benefits when an employee is unable to work due to their own non-occupational disability and for certain family-related issues.  Likewise, NJ’s Earned Sick Leave law requires that most employers in the state provide employees with paid sick leave.  This session will provide an overview of these laws and also highlight how they coordinate with COVID-related absences.

Updated Webinar Billing Info

EANJ has upgraded our webinar billing system to allow for online payments via PayPal.  Invoices will be sent in advance of the program directly from PayPal.  You can opt to pay online with credit card through the PayPal portal or send in a check.  We will continue to send one invoice per company, regardless of the number of attendees, unless a program indicates otherwise.  A recording will be made available following the live presentation.
