When it comes to renewing your organization’s health benefits plan, the focus often falls on the “headline number” — the premium increase. But the true cost of a renewal often lies beneath the surface. This session will uncover the hidden drivers that can significantly impact your total benefits spend and provide practical strategies to manage them. Join us for this one-hour, complimentary session that will focus in on:
Understanding your renewal calculation to determine if you received a fair renewal
Identifying embedded administrative fees, hidden profits, and unnecessary charges that inflate plan costs
Funding options available to you in this market (Fully insured, Participating Contracts, Level Funding and Captives)
Best practice in managing your plan costs throughout the year
This program will be presented by experts from USI Insurance Services, one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms, known for leveraging industry insight and data-driven strategies to help employers optimize benefit performance and reduce total cost. Designed for employers and HR and benefits professionals in the 50 to 2,000 enrolled market, with brief attention to strategies for smaller groups, this webinar offers a clear framework for evaluating benefit renewals and reducing unnecessary expense.
