Doug’s primary responsibilities are providing underwriting and analytical support to the NJ Production Team. This is achieved by breaking down the financial cost components that represent a company’s Health & Welfare Program and, through the use of quantitative analytics, help to build the most cost- effective benefit programs while providing a robust benefit package to their membership. He also provides support to the Account Management Team by providing financial and analytical direction to our existing client base.
