Adverse Reactions from COVID-19 Vaccines Not Recordable on OSHA Log

Stating that it does does not want to disincentivize employers’ efforts to promote the COVID-19 vaccine to workers, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a new FAQ establishing that employers do not need to record adverse reactions from COVID-19 vaccines on their OSHA 300 Logs through May of 2022.  Read FAQ here.
