Speaking recently at the national convention of the American Bar Association, Naomi Earp, the Vice Chair of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) urged employment lawyers to tell their clients to emphasize supervisor training. "This would help root out discrimination and employment problems," she said. Earp also said that clients should be told to educate supervisors below the executive level about employment laws and conflict resolution.
