Employers should continue using the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, after its expiration date of Oct. 31, 2022 until further notice.
DHS is expected to make substantial changes when they release the next version of Form I-9. EANJ will be hosting a webinar, regarding the new form and its changes, once DHS announces the new version of the form is available. Stay tuned.
