The NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development has made available on their website the poster required to comply with the NJ Security and Financial Empowerment Act (NJSAFE Act).  The new law, signed by Governor Christie earlier this year, provides for up to 20 days of unpaid job protected leave to employees who are victims of domestic violence or sexual assault or whose family member is a victim, within one year of the incident.  Employers with 25 or more employees are covered by the law and must post the notice by October 1, 2013.  Click here to access poster.
