The U.S. Department of Labor has released revised versions of the Federal Minimum Wage and the Employee Polygraph Protection Act posters. These posters apply to the vast majority of employers. Changes to the two posters include the removal of specific civil monetary penalty amounts, updates to phone numbers and, on the Minimum Wage Poster, a new section regarding break time for nursing mothers and a rewording of the Child Labor Section. The DOL indicates on their website that employers must post the revised versions as of August 1, 2016.
