On the third Thursday of any given month, the staff professionals of the Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) can be found putting the final touches on the latest monthly webinar.  For over a decade, EANJ has conducted webinars on various employment and human resources related topics.  Webinars have proved a highly effective and popular vehicle for reaching a large number of professionals in a convenient and timely manner.

Beginning in November, EANJ will expand up its current webinar offerings through a partnership with TrainHR, a leading Human Resources training solutions provider.  Through this partnership, EANJ members will have access to discounted rates on both upcoming live webinar sessions and archived previously recorded webinars.

TrainHR offers HR-centric trainings designed for the busy HR professional.  TrainHR´s objective is clear and simple – to offer a platform for learning and discussion to address some of the major challenges that the Human Resources community faces today.

“It isn’t always easy to escape the office and attend a live seminar training session,” says Amy Vazquez of EANJ.  “The TrainHR partnership allows us to bring a wide variety of sessions directly to the desk of the EANJ member.”

Professionals benefit in numerous ways from these trainings, including earning continuing education credits, receiving expert advice from renowned authorities, interacting with presenters and viewing recorded webinars at their convenience.

These valuable, yet cost effective sessions focus on topics ranging from Benefits, COBRA, Discrimination, Documentation, Harassment and Occupational safety to name just a few.  “On demand learning is the ideal solution for the busy HR professional” added Vazquez.

EANJ will feature select TrainHR webinar offerings on its calendar of events on www.eanj.org and through email notifications.  Members will be provided with a promo code to receive 35% off the list pricing of the TrainHR webinars.

“The EANJ staff will continue to conduct webinars, including our popular ‘How-to Webinar Series,’ but this new partnership will allow us to expand upon content offerings and provide relevant information to members in the world of HR,” says Vazquez.
