A Return and Earn Program has launched in New Jersey providing a $500 hiring bonus for unemployed workers reentering the workforce and receiving job training from employers with 100 or fewer employees, who are eligible to receive a 50% wage subsidy for up to 6 months, up to the cap of $10,000 per employee and are limited to $40,000.
