NJ Department of Labor & Workforce Development has made available the required employer notification for use in compliance with the Earned Sick Leave law which takes effect on October 29, 2018.
Employers must post and distribute the notice to existing employees by November 29, 2018. Subsequently, notice must be provided upon hire or upon request.
Proposed regulations indicate electronic posting and distribution are permissible. The notice/poster is available in 13 languages.
