UPDATE - 12/2011 - The NLRB has rescheduled the posting requirement for a second time. The new implementation date is April 30, 2012.
The National Labor Relations Board has rescheduled the implementation date for posting the Employee Rights notice until January 31, 2012. Originally employers were required to post the mandatory notice by November 14, 2011. The Board indicates the reason for the rescheduling is to allow for further education and outreach.
